Our Past Workshops & Meetups
Eco-Connect - Earth Day Special
Introducing "Eco-Connect" in the corporates. The idea is to make people feel their connection with the nature to respect her, live in harmony with the ecosystem and take conscious sustainable actions.
Valentine's Day- Add a dash of nature (Eco-Connect)
Valentine's Day is a celebration of love which is celebrated all over. TFG just reminds people to express it first and foremost to their creator- Mother Nature. Year on year it has been engaging people with some innovative event/ workshops to help them connect with nature and live in harmony with it. This time it was a special evening with “Zindagi dhoop, tum ghana saya” (Life is scorching sun, and you are soothing shade). Artists, non-artists all met and created beautiful expressions, paintings greetings for their first love- Nature.
Youth engagement at educational Institutes for Artivism
Mostly art is created for its visual appeal, aesthetics and to please people. But Art has a great power of expressing what’s lying within you. It could be a storm- a seed for change. These presentation workshops are held at educational institutes to stir those hearts, to provoke those thoughts and to let the birds fly out of the cage.
Workshops on concerned communications
Communication channels are mostly used for commercial purposes. Right from message crafting, creative execution to the media, the purpose is mostly to sell. Unless, it is a not for profit venture or Government campaigns, the concerns for society and climate are never in the mainstream. In the recent past though, with the power of media in almost every hand, people have realized the power of telling stories. If only they are “concerned”- they feel something about what is not right and try to address it. TFG engages youth at Animation & Multimedia/ Mass Comm for concerned communications workshops to create messages.
Using Cartoon as a medium
Cartoons have their own charm of grabbing eyeballs, and have a buy-in for its wits and light-hearted expressions. Sometimes they may work even better than hefty penalties. Igniting the youth with the same.
Innovation & entrepreneurship in sustainability
With the run-of-the-mill race of secured careers, packages, marriage and kids; a few are only able to think differently to do something about bringing positive change. Key reason- the way we are conditioned. Sometimes bringing about change can always be on the side and sometimes it could be the mainstream breakthrough- only if the youth is exposed to the situations, prompted to think; they can innovate and create some amazing solutions for a better tomorrow, a sustainable future. TFG strives to address youth through structured programs, workshops/ seminars etc.
